					<description><![CDATA[Absolutely! The support that would have helped in our district is professional development and resources. Too bad there wasn&#039;t TpT when I began. :) Teachers won&#039;t teach the way they are supposed to if they have to work 12 hours a day to create all the necessary resources to get students to understand what they are saying. They&#039;ll just use English.]]></description>

As soon as I retired, the AP program collapsed and AP Spanish was dropped. Good language teachers are hard to find. I would think now is a good time to get into the profession because there are many job openings.]]></description>
