We were very proud of ourselves, and it was gone within a week. I usually split the recipe and make half a loaf, and it comes out perfect. Thank you for the wonderful recipe!]]></description>

I substituted the milk and butter with almond milk and dairy-free butter (Earth Balance brand) due to my family&#039;s allergy needs, and there was no problem at all. It rose a surprisingly large amount during the fermentation, so much so that it barely fit on my pizza stone! My bread finished baking in a fraction of the time the recipe called for... After only 42 minutes it was golden brown and baked through. Thank you for sharing this delicious recipe! This is definitely one to keep.]]></description>
