I envy those with sound sleepers. We are long past that point now with elementary aged kids and it just keeps getting more fun!

I’m going to link this article on my website http://www.theeducationaltourist.com where I write about traveling with the kids and learning along the way. I would love a shout out!

Thanks for this informative article.

Our kids love to travel, but I wouldn’t describe both of them as easy-going with it. If we didn’t love it ourselves we’d probably stay home (at least for a while). Since we do love travel, we’ve found plenty of ways to make it work so everyone enjoys it – but we have had to get creative at times!

Luckily, there are a lot of different ways to teach the same lessons so anyone who does choose to stay home still has plenty of options to enrich their kids’ lives.

It’s good to be able to start off with travelling while the kids are young. It certainly means needing to consider a different type or pace of holiday, but it’s worth doing given the exposure to different places, cultures and customs that it brings.
