I always relied on my grandmother to make the manti. She would always make lots of it so we could take a large bag home to freeze for later. I have purchased some sumac spice to sprinkle on top of the yogurt, since this is the traditional way to eat it, although the onions sound good too!

I cannot wait to try- I am sure the kids will love them! It’s funny how so many cultures have something similar to dough wrapped around meat (manti, ravioli, pasties, empanadas, tacos) and yet they are all so different:).
