That is a GREAT idea and so true. So many times we’ve needed to call to confirm prescriptions/treatment! 🙂

We also take our docs cell phone number with us in case of any emergencies. And, bc we discuss ahead of time we have been able to text her pics of weird rashes and a crazy bug bite. Very helpful for a worried mama 😉

Our worst jet lag experience was when we traveled to S. Korea to bring daughter #2 home. Daughter #1 kept waking up at 3 a.m which made for a very long day.
Thank goodness for rice, beans, and noodles! We atre big peanut butter fans, too.

We always keep a cooler of water bottles in our car so we have something to give to homeless people we see when we’re out and about.

Travelling is the most rewarding thing in the world, but sometimes it can be a challenge just travelling on your own or with a friend or partner. Lack of sleep or not having access to the food your used to can also make little problems seem much worse at the time, along with spending 24/7 with somebody.
It should also be noted that many of these useful tips you’ve got also apply to us adults 😉
